To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JL Ahof, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
JL Ahof's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your JL Ahof account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude JL Ahof's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time. You may close your JL Ahof account by contacting our support team at support@jl-ahof.com. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
JL Ahof reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

JL Ahof operates in a manner consistent with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and other applicable Philippine gaming authorities. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
